Edit for Stallar's comment: they said they tried to take care of it, but that is not true. They never reached out or attempted to resolve this at all. My last communication was me asking for the photos and receipt that I never got. Landed up being another $300 for another company to come in and actually clean. I had Stellar come and do a move out clean for me this month. I was out of town and was told that they were going to take before and after photos and send them to me when it was completed. I never received that email and ended up calling. I was told that they would send me those images and my receipt and everything ASAP, but I again never heard from them. I have now had a property management company go through the house and they told me that the cleaning was very sub par and will need to be redone in several area (windowsills not wiped down, bathrooms not well cleaned, appliances still dirty, etc). I will now have to drive the 3 hour trip back to the property just to finish up what Stellar did not get done correctly. Poor communication and poor service all the way throughout my experience with them.

They did an amazing move out clean for a friend! The detail was on point! I was there to inspect and almost always find something missed but not with Steller Homes. The gals who came were also so friendly and helpful! They really wanted to make sure everything was move in ready and were willing to hang out until I could look around and see everything.

I had a great experience with Stellar from the moment that I filled out the very accessible form on their web site, the in person estimate, the wonderful job the two ladies did in cleaning our apartment for a move out cleaning, & the easy online payment process. Even one of the cleaners said she wished her home was this clean. I've already suggested Stellar to a neighbor at my new apartment complex & thinking of scheduling a cleaning now & then for the new home. I am very impressed with this company and have no problem suggesting them to anyone looking for a great cleaning experience.
