Actually, you know what, thank you so much for your disingenuous and policy copy and pasted reply. After having your team cancel on me I then worked with a friend to clean the place in 4 hours, I know big shocker what hard work can do. So I saved myself close to $1000 on what would likely have been a subpar service. At my closing my Landlord was even surprised at how clean it was and complimented me. I am changing this to a 5 star review, what a great service!!!

Last week, my husband and I booked The Maids in Kansas City for a deep clean. This was our first time using a cleaning service, and we're glad we went with The Maids in Kansas City. Their communication was solid throughout the process. The day before, they provided an estimated arrival time via text and responded promptly when I had a question. The day of, they sent a link with tracking to give us a precise arrival time. Perla and the red team did a fantastic job. We asked that they remain within a certain time limit (2.5 hours), and they honored our request. They were incredibly thorough in their cleaning. Our master shower had years of grimy buildup, and they made it sparkle like new. We were impressed with The Maids in Kansas City and plan to use them again the next time we need our house cleaned!

I had The Maids come to clean my townhome after moving out. I’m turning in my keys to property management next week and can honestly say my townhome is cleaner today than the day I moved in >2 years ago. Jinky’s team were spectacular! They were kind, hard working, and super thorough!! I just wish I had before and after pics to share for comparison. I highly recommend The Maids!!!!! A+++
