Lovely! Clean car every time! Enough staff to help if you have questions. Drying area is time-sensitive, but there are three areas that are open on busy days. Vacuum, air, and window cleaner are available; just bring your drying cloth.

First off, the staff here is excellent! I've interacted with three different team members, and all of them are polite, responsive, and helpful. It's clear they enjoy working here and value their customers, which immediately creates a nice first impression. The washes themselves aren't cheap, but as I live nearby, the coupon books make a big difference. I purchased one "buy 4 get 1" basic wash book, and one "buy 7 get 3" ultimate wash book, which bring down the per-wash cost down to what you'd pay at many gas stations. They also sell gift cards with up to 20% off on $100 ones. In terms of value, I'd confidently say it's totally worth it. Their car wash tunnel is LONG with multiple roller brush passes -- even with the basic wash. My car comes out almost spotless -- some stubborn spots may remain, but they're loosened enough to be removed afterwards with little effort. The vacuum stations are quite amazing. At each stall, there're not one but two vacuum heads conveniently suspended from above. No more competing with your neighbor on the same vacuum! The compressed air comes out dry, which means their condenser is working -- they maintain their system properly, something not all car washes prioritize. Of course, being an automatic car wash, it has its limitations. You shouldn't expect the level of details from a hand wash, which isn't in the same price range. Overall, this car wash is definitely one of the best automatic car washes in the area. One noticeable difference is that it does a better job cleaning the rear-end of my SUV, a typical weak point for automatic car washes. With that said, a few comments on the downside -- During busy times, especially on weekends, they prioritize high throughput, which is understandable, but they pack cars way too close, practically bumper to bumper. They don't have enough time to pre-soak the cars with bug removers or to pre-clean large areas of dirt by handheld hose. Moreover, the brush rollers don't have enough time to shed the dirt and debris collected from the previous car off the brushes themselves, which may explain why quite a few customers reported swirls and scratches. Also, while the automatic tire shine applicator is cool, my 275/40R22 tires are too big for it. The applicator isn't long enough to cover one full rotation, so a noticeable section ends up untreated. And to echo what other customers say, they only have a few vacuuming stations, and they no longer provide free towels. So based on my experience, Go early or late to avoid long lines so you can space farther apart from the previous car. And you can vacuum with less anxiety. Don't forget that car washes are best not under direct sun and when car isn't too warm. Also, the ultimate wash is essentially the deluxe wash plus some surface protectant and a tire shine. It's mostly dry in the area so the protectant isn't very useful, and as previous mentioned the tire shine doesn't work well on big tires. Many customers may find the deluxe wash to be the better value. So far I've used one basic on my 20+ year old car and one ultimate on my 2020+, and I've not yet noticed any excessive swirls or scratches. I'll keep an eye on it over time (I've got 13 more coupons to spare) and report back if anything changes.
