I would like to share an amazing experience that I had with Stitch It in St. Vital Mall, Winnipeg. It was my first experience with them and I was a little confused with how exactly I wanted my jeans to be altered. Nataliia is amazing. She welcomed me, helped me with the decision, explained what would be the best option in my case. She also explained about the company policy, which is amazing. It appears they have 30 day guarantee for the work, and also they have a loyalty program where customers earn points. I definitely recommend Stitch It and Nataliia particularly

I was searching on the internet for a place to hem my dress and came across great reviews for Stitch It in St Vital Mall. I was greeted by Aline who was very helpful and friendly and once all my info was taken given a price on hemming my dress. Thought it was a tad pricey but given the reviews I proceeded. I asked if I could have it the same day and was told there was a 15% charge for under 24 hours and given I only had a few days I figured why not. I received text 1 hour and 15 minutes later saying my dress was ready. I picked it up later in the day and it was done to perfection. I highly recommend this location if your in a hurry or if your looking for quality work. Thank you Aline for making my first experience with you seamless! 🤣
