I have been using the service for almost 3 months now, and am extremely happy with the job each team does! We started with a much-needed deep cleaning where several staff cleaned my condo top to bottom and did a very thorough job (they were here for hours getting into all the little places dust had accumulated after a few years of living here), and now I have a standing bi-weekly cleaning appointment where they keep on top of everything for me. The staff are very friendly and pay good attention to detail, they've never missed anything. I work from home and they're always conscientious about letting me know when they're ready to clean my workstation area so I can quickly move. All I ever have to do in between cleanings is clean the kitchen from regular use and let the robot vacuum clean the floors every few days. My condo is now always ready to host and receive visitors without any extra effort, and it's so relaxing after work to sit in your clean home with no pending cleaning tasks.

We are very happy with having our house cleaned by Take Time Home Cleaning. We started out by hiring them before my daughter's wedding in June 2023 and have continued ever since to have them clean every two weeks. It is wonderful to come home from work and have a sparkling clean home. I love the attention to detail the way the blankets are folded or rolled and how the toss cushions are put on the couch and bed. The staff have been pleasant to deal with and are accommodating if a change needs to be made to the schedule. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I couldn’t be happier with Take Time Cleaning! I started using their services 4 years ago. Whenever there’s a change in schedule or any small issue, there’s always someone ready to help quickly and kindly. Everyone that comes over to clean my home is incredibly hardworking. Always smiling and such a pleasure to talk to. Their positive attitudes make the whole experience even better. I always feel so much better at the end of the day in my sparkling clean house. I highly recommend!

Terrible service. Always an answering machine, cleaners showed up at different times at the end of their business day with only an 1.5 hrs left before closing. Very hard to book, they don't answer emails. Booked a 3 hour cleaning service. They sent 3 cleaners, and worked for only 1 hour. Everyone clearly in a rush to get home before the end of their day. States that 3 people equals 3 hours of cleaning time done within 1 hour. This was a move out that was already cleaned before we hired cleaners, which needed only wipe downs of appliances, cupboards, sinks and vents, and one small bedroom shampoo. This was not a deep clean request and 3 people could not complete a simple wipe down job and left most on our list incomplete. No where on the website or anytime during our conversation when booking did they mention that the 3 hours is 3 “labour hours”. So if I book a 1 hour cleaning service, would they send 3 people for 20min of cleaning? This was never communicated, we would be less disappointed if this was explained to us at any point that this was the case of them only cleaning for 1 hour of total time, as we would have expected less to be done thinking it was a 3 hour cleaning service that we requested. I do not recommend this business.
