I bought 6 latex and 2 mylars and not even a day later and 2 of the latex balloons are on the ground. When I called store and told the lady who answered the phone she told me that was the life of the balloon!! I could come back a half an hour before they closed and get more balloons but I told her I wasn't coming back and that the balloons should of lasted more than 1 day and she agreed but was very rude and didn't even apologize. I spent a lot of money and I told her I wasn't coming back because they have very poor customer service. Don't shop there!!

Great store, Military friendly, extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. They had everything I was looking for and then some also great prices. Will definitely be doing more business with them and will recommend to friends, family and coworkers. Greatly appreciated the work that they do for the community as well.
