Pretty awful. They have a location (that was never open the two days I stayed there) at the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort. The front desk agent said I'd be better off renting from another company in the Lake Las Vegas Village, but I went ahead and reserved with Stoked Adventures since they rent right from the Westin. Problem 1. the website gives 9am as the open time, so I reserved for 9am. Problem 2. I got a text msg from Stoked saying they changed my time to 10am, as they don't actually open at 9. 10 isn't ideal, as I begin zoom meetings around then, but I adjusted my schedule. Problem 3. the next morning ~10am, I get a txt from Stoked that they had to cancel and are refunding me. Something about an employee being sick. Super unprofessional outfit. I am writing to Westin to let them know that this isn't a good partnership and they should discontinue it. All I saw was an unmanned desk in the Westin lobby, no sign of life from Stoked and a pretty awful experience, which according to the Westin folks, is not uncommon.

We rented a boat at Lake Las Vegas, Westin Resort. Dylan was the nicest guy and the boat was brand new and so beautiful. We had an awesome trip around the lake cruising an easy and calm 5 mph. A lovely day and a beautiful ride. So easy and relaxing. Will definitely do it again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience renting with Electracraft out of the Westin Resort at Lake Las Vegas! Dillon was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the operation! Looking forward to doing it again on our next visit.

Wonderful way to end our vacation with a peacful stroll through Lake Las Vegas. The Electracraft was smooth sailing and super comfortable. Sales Rep., Dillon, made the setup fast and easy! Enjoyed the Spontaneous Couples trip for two. Highly suggest taking time to enjoy this relaxing gem while staying at The Westin Lakes Las Vegas and be sure to ask for Dillon! He's a great help!
