I began visiting the shop about 5 months ago. My experience is always a bit of a challenge. The upselling is aggressive, they push and push making it very uncomfortable!!! I was convinced at one point to get this gel (not your average gel) I kept it on a couple month and began to not care for how thick my nails became. I decided it was time to take it off. My tech girl said everything she could, with an attitude to keep it on but I was determined to have it removed. My “whole hand” soaked in acetone, burning my hands. Apparently this is not the way to remove this type of gel. Needless to say my nails were a mess and they hurt so bad.. everyday a nail would split leaving a couple fingers bleeding. I had to find another shop to correct my nails and of course pay again. For all reasons stated, I will never return and plan to share my story with others. - Picture is 2 days after my visit, it shows all the gel remaining.

Always a 10/10 when I come here. I see Dan for my pedicures every time and he’s amazing. The salon is so clean and everyone is always so friendly. I love my time here and look forward to my appointments every month!!! Customer for life!!!

Unexpected find in Las Vegas / better than any nail salon I’ve been to in California! Very clean and have fancy new pedi massage chairs. Would come back again! I got a gel mani and a “Relaxing” Spa Pedicure with Lily and highly recommend!
