They have added value quickly to my business. I'm a solopreneur and was previously the registered agent as well. I decided to work with STC to be able to travel without worrying about not having a biz representative available and because I saw that they positioned themselves as more than just a registered agent to receive mail on your behalf, but instead as a true resource. Over the past 4 months, I've appreciated their newsletters with reminders and updates about what business and tax documents I need to be on top of to be in good standing. They also proactively share how-tos about how to file and have worked with me to get information I need and couldn't find and just in general have helped me streamline the operations process. Appreciate you all!
