I heard Jevon speak at the TN|SHRM in Memphis, TN. He spoke on The 5 steps to Unleashing the Power of Empathetic Leadership, and let me tell you I will be taking these nuggets back to my workplace, and let me tell you I left his session inspired to make some changes not just in my professional life but also personal, and I have no doubt you will too! Jevon is also an Author and I have recently purchase his book titled “Own Your Kingdom”Definitely a must read.
