This location charges premium prices while showing no pride in quality or maintenance. The bowling shoes were in very poor condition. The first pair had rough, uneven bottoms and torn interiors. I requested a different pair and they were in worse shape, to the point that I asked for the original pair back. Sliding properly was not possible. The approach floors were sticky, which is a fundamental problem in bowling. When I raised the concern, an employee wiped the area with a wet rag. There was no spray, hand buffing, or real effort to correct the issue. Proper approach maintenance used to be standard, and its absence reflects a lack of care. The house balls were heavily worn, with visible gashes and divots that clearly affect play and safety. The pricing makes this especially unacceptable: • Group of 9 • ~30 minutes in the arcade: $210 • Bowling and food: $340.75 • No alcohol on the tab Nearly $600 for a family outing should come with clean approaches, usable shoes, and well-maintained equipment. Instead, this felt like a business focused on maximizing revenue while neglecting the basics. Bowling depends on trust in the facility. Right now, that trust is missing here. We will be trying other alleys.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was horrible from both host!!!! One was a sarcastic lady and the other was a toothless smart mouth/rude lady. She yellled at me and slammed my cups on the counter. Attitudes were horrible. They weren’t attentive to us, but were attentive and polite to other parties. When I went to find them to ask for what I needed that was an issue as well. Much more happened, but I don’t want an extra long post. They need to learn you can’t look at people and assume who will or won’t tip well. Everyone in my party are successful, therefore the tip could have been a great one.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the place was kept well cleaned and everyone seemed to be having a good time. They have good deals on certain days wed seeming to b the most preferred as the place was booked. They have a arcade room a food shop and a place that looked like for custom balls. Their restrooms for the ladies was very clean. Me and my family had a wonderful time.

Had a great time during our team outing at the bowling alley. The staff was very accommodating and worked closely with our group to ensure we had ample time and space to enjoy a fun-filled bowling session. We appreciated their attentiveness and the smooth coordination that made the experience memorable.
