We had the absolute best experience at this Urban Air, we had my daughter's 8th Birthday party, got a room, everything was set up when we got there, Shekinah was our host and she went above and beyond. I highly recommend booking parties here. The kids had a blast, we were able to let them go play and knew they we safe and having fun, then we had a private room to go back to for pizza, cake, and presents. We will definitely be back. Oh, and I personally love the claw machines. Mommas gotta be good at something other than raising kids lol.

Granddaughter loved it! Climbed more than i thought she would. Numerous obstacles time and time again. Went on a weekday not busy at all when we first got there. Busier as day went by. One thing for management. There are air sytems available for spreading molecules of cleaning solution to help keep the place fresh.

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Urban Air in Collierville, TN. The staff was absolutely amazing! Tyler G., Peyton G., Michael M., Andrea S., Nicholas L., Cameion P., and Camelle G. These kids took care of us as if were family. We appreciated it. My child had the best time. Byron D. (Manager) was amazing as well. We so need enthusiastic individuals that take great pride in making a customer's day! Thank you all so much and keep up the great work!

We had the absolute best service and experience at Collierville Urban Air. The costumer service is top notch. Cam at the concessions hand delivered our popcorn to us when i was waiting for a fresh batch. Quinton at the concessions was so friendly and professional. Overall, just these 2 guys alone made us have the best time. However, Everyone else we encountered were also amazing.

We often come to this urban for years. The staff is still good. However, the equipment has declined severely. The bumper cars have been out of service for months. They have removed several broken mechanical items. Such as the dodge rotating bar. Over all it’s still good trampoline park. But, it’s a shell of what it once was. Please rehab this facility.
