This studio is FABULOUS! The perfect blend of cardio and Pilates. The instructors are phenomenal and kind - they push you to be strong, but also take injuries and adjustments into account. Gorgeous studio and I’m always greeted with a cheerful smile at the front desk (usually Maria!)
Highly recommend! Been coming to this studio for more than a year and still love it! The workouts have helped me feel strong and be stronger, the instructors are motivating and help improve your form, the people around you are motivating (good community!!) the staff are very warm and facilities are very nice and clean
Love this place a lot! Love the vibe and the equipments. I’m a Pilates instructor and love to try all different kinds of stuff inspired by Pilates. Love the program and the staff and instructor were so welcoming me and they are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! They also have the 10 days unlimited intro membership just for $50.
Strong Little Italy is hands down my favourite fitness studio in the city. I started coming once a week in March and quickly found that wasn't nearly enough. The workouts are intense in the best way and there is a class type for everyone. The mix of reformer, strength, and cardio blocks make the workouts varied and exciting. I've also learned a lot about form and muscle groups from the instructors, my favourites are Carla and Gill :). The owners and staff are very friendly and do a great job at giving the studio a community feel. If you haven't checked them out it's a must!
I really like this studio. Everything is high-end, amazing attention to detail. You will feel like home 🤍 I tried Pilates here for the first time and liked the fact that you can see the exercise technique on the screen while doing it. Instructors are supportive. Overall very cozy space with great facilities, showers, hairdryers, mirrors, bodycare. Very spacious, clean and modern studio. I love coming here.
