Stronger and Faster is a great gym with a positive and welcoming environment. The coaches really know what they’re doing and are great at explaining movements and helping me improve. Workouts are effective and well planned — challenging but doable — and you can definitely feel and see the results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for solid coaching and a motivating place to train.
There’s no better place to train than SF! I joined in December 2024 after a long time off from the gym. The coaches and members are incredibly supportive and can help you modify every exercise to your level. There’s a big emphasis on form, which is incredibly important to reduce injury risk. The programming is structured and thoughtful. In just 4 months I have gotten so much stronger and my stamina has made major improvements. I love coming to the gym every day (which is not something I ever thought I’d say)!
I started going to Stronger Faster because I wanted something more strength and barbell focused. I got more than I asked for at this gym. It's a very small and open community and the classes are organzied into several weeks of very intentional building up of strength so you progressively lift heavier over time and you even track your numbers on the app. The trainers are very knowledgeable and put a high focus on form. Usualy a Metcon at the end of every class to get your heart rate pumping. Perfect mix of strength and endurance. Highly recommend!
I have been a member for almost 3 years, and I am very happy to be part of this gym. I started this as a trial and this gym has helped to feel even healthier than I did in my 20's. I enjoy the environment and coaches that always push you to achieve your fitness and health goals regardless of your level of training. I highly recommend this gym.
Great place to work out. I am not in the best of shape and the trainers are very awesome in helping a person with little to no experience learn the basics of weight lifting to be successful. The members are very welcoming and friendly. The environment has a very positive energy. So anyone trying to get in shape and or looking for a gym to improve their overall health this is a great gym to start at. The trainers want to see you be successful so that really makes me feel very good and inspired to continue coming although the workouts are challenging.
