Great place. After my mom had a partial stroke at 68, we took her to this place to do light workouts ( group classes) and she rehabilitated much faster, physically and emotionally even though she had never workout in her life!!! The owners are great people and we gain many friends there!!!! We stop taking her because of transportation issues but looking to rejoin soon!!!
