This gym is awesome! I came here when it was newly built about 11 years ago. Hadn't been there since and when I walked in, it still looked practically brand new. If you're a student at CSUB, you definitely need to take advantage of this gym. In my opinion, one of the nicer gyms that we have in town. Has all kinds of machines, cardio equipment, indoor running track, basketball courts'rock wall, and exercise rooms. Always clean and staff is generally kind and helpful. 👌 Meep Meep! Update: place is still clean and still awesome! Been coming here since it first opened about 10 years ago. Well done staff.

Awesome gym, probably the best in town. I wish they can open up, since all other gyms in town have. They always take cleanliness seriously, and they could easily make it work. LITERALLY THE BEST GYM IN TOWN, PLEASE OPEN UP AGAIN!!!

Thank you CSUB for a great evening. Competitive basketball, great crowd and super hospitality for visitors like me. T shirt give away was a blast and walking distance from a brewery. Perfect!

I’ve been coming here since freshman year, and it’s interestingly never packed. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen over 40 people exercising on the main floor. Only time there’s a lot of people is when students from other schools visit. Almost all people clean up after themselves and there’s equipment readily available, be it cardio or weights. Weights are often occupied, but less popular weight machines are not. Abundance of cardio machines on the top floor and second floor as well. One neat thing is that the water fountains have dispensers above them so you won’t have to tilt your bottle above the bubbler faucet and spill water. Other cool things include an outdoor volleyball court, the climbing rock, indoor running track above the basketball courts and training! My one complaint is that ID’s are sometimes not read by the machine so you have to either re-swipe multiple times or give your card to the attendants. It’s a minor annoyance but not too bad. There’s always excellent music playing and the TV tower has an array of shows on. A great place overall!

The best gym in town and personal training is very reasonable in price. My personal trainer, Amanda, is excellent and enjoys what she is doing. You can tell she likes what she does.the selection of equipment, condition of equipment, indoor boxing and suspended indoor track, round out a very well equipped and staffed Jim. note the indoor rock climbing wall and feature is above average in quality and trained staff are available. Non-students can be members provided they pay a fee by semester of around $90 and lockers can be rented for a modest fee. Personal training for 12 sessions runs about $140 for a non-student.
