1st time taking the class first class free, the instructor was very helpful due to I'd never done yoga. I totally enjoyed the class. Going to sign up for classes.

I was very uneasy about trying HOT yoga, but loved it when I finally did! The instructors checked on me frequently and made sure I was doing the poses correctly. I've had only great experiences there ever since!

The first time I tried yoga was about 20 years ago and I fell asleep by the end of it - I quickly determined that wasn't for me since I've always been a cardio junkie. Studio 247 has opened me up to a whole new yoga experience. I fell in love with yoga at Studio 247! The infrared heat is so soothing and helps release muscle tension while ensuring a major sweat detox. The workout is intense especially once you learn to engage all the proper muscles. The best part is the stress/anxiety relief this class provides through focus on mindfulness and breathing. When you leave Studio 247, not only do you leave knowing you got a good workout in, you leave feeling renewed mind, body, and soul.
