absolutely love this studio! Bonnie is so warm and welcoming into her gorgeous, clean space. Nothing relaxes me better than her sound bath/restorative classes. She is centered on Christ, and I love that she can give us that focus. She also has events that collaborate with other businesses in the area. I have brought several of my mom friends as a gift to get to relax and spend some relaxing time together. I highly recommend this studio and Bonnie. If you want something relaxing or you are looking to become a teacher yourself. this is the place!

Self care, like for most of us, means time, effort, research and the ability to support the cost for good products and good care. My time with Bonnie was wonderful. It was a chance to restore, reflect and relax. The peaceful atmosphere also has an energetic feel, which helped me take on the rest of my day. I am so glad I went !
Studio 4:8 Yoga has been such a happy place for me this year. Each instructor brings her unique gifts and talents to class which makes it fun to try different types of yoga. Love of the Lord and becoming an even better version of yourself is an underlying theme that connects everyone who attends a session. Studio 4:8 is welcoming and will bring out the joy within you.
The best yoga experience! I started at Studio 4:8 in December 2019 on a student membership and never left. It's a wonderful age-and-stage diverse community. You're welcomed as you are, and it won't be long before everyone knows your name. I love that nobody cares which brand of leggings you wear or what mat you bring. It's an authentic community through and through. Every instructor is my favorite, and the owner is one heck of a woman. So many good things!
