Tiger Rock is a great positive family environment! Great for all ages. We chose Tiger Rock because it is so supportive of the kids and their accomplishments. They really take time to get to know each one. We've seen great results from our short time at Tiger Rock. It has helped my son and his anxiety and confidence! I would recommend Tiger Rock to everyone!

As a former member of the Armed Forces I am well aware of the many ways that learning a martial art can change ones character for the better . This is most especially true when done by a disciplined, skilled and competent team of instructors. This is even more of a factor for children which is why my wife and I were so excited and looking forward to the time when we could enter our daughter into such a program as this. For our daughter's part she has taken to it like a fish to water! She is always excited to go to class or at least willing !! We haven't been with the tiger rock family for very long but we are already starting to feel very much a part of it. Safety is very important when dealing with building these types of skill sets in children or even adults for that matter , in the instructors at Tiger Rock are extremely good at being safe. Nothing worth doing is easy and sometimes things will get hard, even dangerous but as long as it is done with patience, skill and great competency that the Tiger Rock instructors posses my family and I have complete faith in the safety and welfare of our daughter. Her confidence and positive attitude have increased on par with her time at the academy !

We have been attending classes at Tiger Rock now for 12 years. All four of my children are in their program. It is such an amazing program that helps children learn focus, self control, how to protect themselves if they are in a bad situation, as well as learn to be a positive role model in our community. I have been so happy with this program that I have now joined the adult class. Thank you Tiger Rock for becoming our second family!

Tiger Rock Academy is Amazing! Amazing people, they truly have a gift for teaching. And teaching is the key message here, they not only teach kids how to defend themselves (which of course it's a big part of the program) but also to be nice, to help others, to share, to listen & focus and to have the right attitude & courage and they do everything in such a way that the message really goes through and even though the sessions are not "a walk in the park", kids want to come back session after session. Our son, my wife and myself, we love Tiger Rock!

Tiger Rock is a fantastic organization that provides mental and physical benefits, a positive, affirming community and exceptional instructors and role models. My son started as a Tiger Cub 6 years ago and, being pleased with the program, my husband started a year later. My daughter then started as an Early Tiger Cub and I joined year later. It is one of the best things my family has ever done! Tiger Rock provides a wonderful physical outlet for my children who are otherwise apt to be too sedentary. I can tell that they are physically and mentally refreshed after a class. We are also blessed by the community of families and individuals we train with. There is no unhealthy competitive spirit, just a drive to improve and an emphasis on personal transformation. Perhaps the best part of Tiger Rock is the instructors who are not only talented martial artists, but are also wonderful role models for my children. They have adults (other than their parents) that they can look up to and who care about them. Any time and money spent for this activity is well worth it and can be considered an investment in yourself or your family.
