I was visiting from Maine & desperately needed a HC. Sue had given my sister a fantastic new HC two mo ago. So, when I had a family emergency shortly after, I called the Studio E Salon Spa & asked for Sue. She was able to give me an appt for the very next day. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted & Sue listened carefully. I walked out with what I wanted plus the creative ideas from Sue to give me the best HC I've ever had. I'm keeping your ph no for next time I'm in Norfolk!

Jamie did an incredible job with my haircut. After having had the same hairdresser for years out of state, I had a bad experience at another local salon so I was a bit anxious going in. She balanced listening, patience, and her own expertise and skill to give me a beautiful cut. My hair tends to need a week or two to settle in but, perhaps for the first time ever, she nailed it right off the bat. Jamie is my new go-to girl!

I have been going to Studio East Salon for over a year now and Sue always does a fantastic job on my cut and color. Recently, I had car trouble and we thought it was my key fob. When I arrived at her shop she immediately started to help with my problem by asking someone to go next door to purchase a fob battery! The young ladies were so sweet and helpful, they figured out how to open and replace battery!! I felt like a VIP! But when I tried to start my car again, we figured it was my car battery and Sue asked her husband, who was close by to come and jump start my car which he happily did! So not only did Sue provide the same excellent service, she, her husband and her staff went above and beyond to help me and relieved my fear of being stuck somewhere!!
