My wife and I wanted to be more active so we joined Studio Me about six weeks ago. We've both really enjoyed the group training classes. They are challenging but we're also encouraged to be aware of our capacity. Doing the workout with other people makes it fun as well. Studio Me also personalizes everything so I just have to show up and follow the coaches instructions. We're very happy with our choice to join.

I love this place! Everyone is so welcoming! The space is well equipped with free weights, TRX, kettlebells, barbells and so much more. The coaches are rock stars! Special shout out and knuckle bumps to Coach Elliot, Lindsay has the patience of a saint, and Megan heas a heart if gold. This is a gym that rivals the likes of Los Campeone's and Southside Athletic. I walk out feeling like I got exactly what I came for!
I joined Studio ME this past August, seeking a focused approach to strength training, and I am thrilled with the results so far. I participate in semi-private strength sessions twice a week, and it has been the perfect fit. I work with Coach Elliot ~ he’s great! He’s knowledgeable, attentive, motivating and non-judgemental. My workouts are specifically designed for me, based on where I'm at in my current strength journey, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m training with the goal of building strength to return to marathon running without injury, and I’m feeling like I’m on the right path! I’m a newer member at Studio ME and have loved my experience so far! The staff is so engaged with members and have made me and my husband feel so welcome.
