You need to pay parking. No one answered the gate, and I left a msg on their phone so obviously no one picked it up. Not good for tourists who want to travel and use gym with a day pass Not deaf-friendly area

I love this gym!! Been going for a few years now. The people are so great, but it's never crowded and I always get the machines I need. It's super clean, not loud, and easy to access. They could use a better elliptical, but it really has everything you need for a killer workout.

I am sadly leaving this gym due to relocating. My experience has been amazing. It's a small gym, but you can do pretty much any lifts/movements you'd be able to do at a larger gym. The owner, Erik, is very friendly and keeps memberships limited so that the gym is never too busy. I go in the morning (6-7:30am) or after work (4:30-6pm) and have never had issues getting on a machine or rack.

I love this gym. Depending on what time of day you go, it can be a few people in there or it can be just you by yourself. It has almost everything. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a stairmaster for women and anyone training to do a firefighter test, as the stairmaster is a key component to training for that test. You won't get a locker room here but that's not a deal breaker for most serious gym rats and this place is for gym rats and anyone looking to do some good, quality solid training with all the stuff you need for strength training and reaching your goals with a focused type of environment. Come in here with your gym bag and store it in a cubby and get your gym on! Highly recommend. I think I pay about 70 a month here and they are only closed from midnight to 6, I believe. You can arrive before midnight and stay longer. If it weren't for a stairmaster I'd give 5 stars.
