my favourite pilates studio. but it's also not just pilates they offer, there's yoga, gym and specialty pilates (strength, cardio, booty focused... essentially not just classical). owner Lauren and the rest of the instructors are friendly, kind and warm. there is a clear community in Studio Spring and everyone is part of it. on top of that, they are all extremely knowledgable, giving multiple options and layers for beginners, intermediates and advance clients. as an instructor, it's so important to be able to cue with words and not just show the movement to your clients and all instructors are able to do it very well. i look forward to start my day at studio spring everyday 🌼
Studio Spring is the bomb! Best vibes, killer workouts, and the trainers actually give a damn. Left every class feeling wrecked in the best way possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone chasing that good kind of sore. 🔥
Cannot recommend Studio Spring enough. It is the best pilates studio I have ever been to - I am officially converted. Studio Spring is such a great experience from the moment you walk through the door - from the aesthetic, to the challenge that each class gives you, and the exceptional, warm and engaging trainers. I am new to pilates and have loved attending the Studio Spring classes at Goodwood. All the trainers are so friendly and welcoming. The studio is clean, light and bright and the equipment is well maintained. Starting something new can be daunting but everything is explained so well and the atmosphere is fun and playful like hanging out with friends. Highly recommend.
I have been attending classes at Studio Spring for about 8 months now and it truly is the sunniest and happiest Pilates studio I have ever been to! The instructors are so warm and friendly and also SO good at what they do - I am in awe of them! I genuinely look forward to my classes and it is a very happy space for me, I recommend it to anyone (I even dragged my partner along and he LOVED it!!)
