We booked this for our e-comm photoshoot, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Jeffrey was so awesome, easy to communicate with, and helped us with anything and everything we needed. Space is bright and workable to make anything happen. It was a happy place to shoot and definitely helped with keeping the morale up , especially for the model. Has AC and he has an iphone there that you can connect to your Spofity or any music app with and it's epic - a good sound system. Only thing that was we kept have to run down to put money in the meters bc we parked right out front (no lot close), but it wasn't too bad. Still highly recommend! Worth your money.

I was looking for a studio where my company could produce a top quality two-day photoshoot for a campaign centered on the company's employees. The guys are great people but they are not models, and I wanted to make them look like stars. Jeffrey and all the crew at Studio710 not only produced a perfect session, they surpassed our expectations. Such great and cozy environment, super friendly treatment, incredibly pro and their food choice for catering was just amazing! Thank you Jeffrey and team! We're doing some cool project again soon for sure.

This is one of the coolest event rooms in San Diego. Modern, fun, clean, and the perfect vibe for a downtown venue. From our first walk-through with the owner (Jeff is great, even made us cappuccinos), to the moment we arrived for our event, Studio 710 was absolutely perfect for us. The sound system was great, the lights fit the vibe of our event, the view from the third floor added to the feel of it all, and the full-size theater screen will impress even the biggest Yelp critic. The screen is over-the-top in the best way. Not only do we hope to rent this room again, but we highly suggest you consider it for your next event.

One of the most beautiful venues in the city. Studio 710 has wonderful views and great lighting. Perfect for a late afternoon/Early evening event. Jeffrey is amazing! His attention to details and “can do” attitude will ensure your event goes to plan. Studio 710 offers a catering menu that is out of this world! I’ve been in the hospitality/event planning business as a General Manager for over a decade and this is the place to throw your event. If you are looking for business or social events, Studio 710 will be sure to impress. I personally held my girlfriend’s birthday party at this venue and I cannot say enough about how awesome this place and Jeff was. Affordable, clean, accommodating. This is the place! Look no further.

I recently rented out Jeff's space at Studio 710 for an engagement proposal. The layout was so spacious. The projector was crisp which was used to project a video for the proposal. Also we had access to the 2nd floor loft which had a kitchen and lounge space. This area is perfect for setting up and relaxing while work is being done on the first floor. Even from the 2nd floor you can watch what is going on below giving you a nice birds eye view. The natural lighting was also gorgeous. But besides the facility, jeff was SUPER helpful. He went above and beyond meeting up with me to let me check out the place, then being so quick and responsive to my messages that I ended up booking right away. Then on the day of, he assisted with getting logistics down and making sure the whole schedule was executed precisely. Most importantly, Jeff made sure to make the space and comforting and welcoming as possible. I was so happy the proposal happened this place and it now hold a very special place in my heart. I definitely recommend if you want an event here, DO IT. I may even consider doing an engagement party here.
