I had to cancel my appointment due to being sick. I understand how inconvenient last-minute cancellations can be and I’m always very mindful of that. However, the person I spoke with was rude on the phone and insisted on charging 100% of the service fee despite the circumstances. Illnesses do happen, and how a business handles these situations matters. If you want to retain long-term clients, empathy and professionalism should be part of the experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

I’ve been really impressed every visit. The studio is always spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the whole experience is handled with complete discretion. The sugaring itself is so much more comfortable—way less painful than waxing—which makes the whole appointment stress-free. Highly recommend!
