front desk associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. i can’t believe this place operates with a staff of this caliber. you should be all be embarrassed and teach your staff how to treat a customer.

I prepaid for a set of two waxes through Groupon, which the system allowed me to purchase without issue. The salon provided the service, but after the wax was completed, the front desk refused to honor the Groupon and required me to pay full price, stating it was for “new clients only.” If that policy exists, it should be clearly enforced before the service is performed—not after. Being put in a position to pay twice after the fact was frustrating and unprofessional. The service itself was great and Michelle was wonderful, but the checkout experience and lack of accountability left a bad impression.

This was my first wax and both Brittany and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Brittany was professional, very nice, and walked me through everything. They eased my nerves made the experience one I won't be scared to come back for!
