What do you want in a repair shop? integrity. efficiency. easy to work with. that's what I got. I no longer trust the dealer...their tech said brakes were at 2mm but I had a funny feeling about it. So I took to Sumida, and they measured it at 6mm. Just one example. I would go back here for future maintenance and repairs. No question!

I would give Sumida’s 10++++++ stars if I could! My 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 had a check engine light on and was rattling, so I took it to Sumida’s. They took my car in right away and even helped me realize that my vehicle was still under warranty. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and aloha! I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know. This was by far the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Mahalo, Sumida’s Auto Repair!

Aloha Benz Ohana I took my dad car to Sumida Auto Repair for first time recommend by frejnds and they are trully awsome mechanics took care all my needs & extra which was unexpected but they took care of me at end and made me Trully happy to come back anytime when we need service. Trust me my dad & me take pride in our Benz vehicles so we only take to right person to work on our vehicles and Sumida was truly happy deal & service. Mahalo Sumida we will be back 110% for next appointment

Got my oil changed and was told the timing cover might need to be changed and should be covered by warranty. Called Nissan and it was covered under warranty. Thanks for being so honest. They could have made big money off me but showed true integrity.

Best auto shop in Oahu! Mr. Sean and his team are honest, fast, and affordable—especially for import cars like my Mercedes. Parts and labor usually cost a fortune, but here I got the best service at the lowest price. If possible, I’d give them 100 stars!
