When he was finished he explained everything he did and expressed to me what I may need to have taken care of down the road. Excellent technician

Our furnace quit working on one of the coldest weekends on a Saturday at 5pm. I did not expect same day service as it was the weekend but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from technician Chris K. a few hours later and he came and addressed the issue. It was awesome to have our hear restored and not have to go to a hotel. He took the time to explain in-depth the issue and he amazingly had the part we needed in his van! I highly recommend Summers and I'm very grateful for the excellent and knowledgeable service received from Chris.
