Zander was extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns and he acknowledged everything I told him and began his work. Our furnace quit working on one of the coldest weekends on a Saturday at 5pm. I did not expect same day service as it was the weekend but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from technician Chris K. a few hours later and he came and addressed the issue. It was awesome to have our hear restored and not have to go to a hotel. He took the time to explain in-depth the issue and he amazingly had the part we needed in his van! I highly recommend Summers and I'm very grateful for the excellent and knowledgeable service received from Chris.

I could not be more pleased with Josh Miller and the work performed. Within 15 minutes of contacting Summers, a technician arrived at my home and replaced my water heater within a few hours. Darius was extremely polite and very professional. He helped me move a storage shelf to get to my furnace, which should have been done before he arrived. I've had previous experiences with Summer's and they've all been positive. The employees I've dealt with gave a great reflection on the company they work for.
