Their communication is clear, the work is top-quality, and they treat you like more than just another customer. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but SUNN Auto has earned that trust completely. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service.
I usually go to the dealership service department where I bought my car, but decided to come to Sun Auto for a second opinion on some things. I first spoke with Rudy. He was very helpful in taking time to listen to all my concerns and he made me an appointment for the very next day. Mario helped me on the day of my appointment. Again, very patient and listened to my concerns. I was there for about 4 hours and Mario checked in with me several times to update me on the inspection and work (wheel alignment and cabin filter). I am very happy with my first experience at Sun Auto and plan to go back in future for my routine maintenance or when I have a concern about how my car is running. In addition to the service, the waiting room is very nice. Coffee and water available. I enjoyed the TV programming and it was not nearly as noisy as where I usually go. Very comfortable waiting room.
The service I received as well as customer service from Rudy and auto technicians was unbelievable. There attention to detail to fix my vehicle that I needed to drive home the next day was perfect! They went above and beyond and I would recommend Sun Auto for any auto repair or service need!
