Mario and Anthony Garza have been the bestest experience I have ever had in getting my oil changed in all my life, through out the years I’ve dealt with much nervousness, anxiety and getting the baddest luck in customer service when it comes to getting my oil change, I believe patience is key and when it comes to oil chances it is something I have to have at all times, these gentleman where patient with all the questions I had and made sure I understood, I needed up coming in 10mins late and while I contacted them ahead of time to notified em of my late arrival they were kind enough to work with me, I live minimum 40mins from them but I am for sure coming back here now I can consider this my safe place and safe kind staff I can find to have empathy for their customers, I love you guys so much!!! 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you!!!!!

First time here and will not be my last! I called Tuesday for an oil change for Saturday. They have a very flexible schedule time and ensured everything would be done within an hour or so. The waiting lounge is so relaxing and have comfy chairs, as well as a variety of drinks (water, coffee, soda). I was able to catch up on my reading while getting my oil change. Reasonable pricing and great service overall!

I returned to Sun Auto Tire & Service to have my battery looked at. My vehicle would not start this morning but did after jump starting it. Same thing happened two weeks ago. Sun Auto quickly diagnosed my problem as my mini van has two batteries. A big one (main) and a small one (runs the Start/Stop feature) and both were bad. The small one and had gone bad about 1 year ago and had started to drain the main big battery. So, both needing replacement. Ugh! Sun Auto had both in stock and had me on my way within the hour. Thank you Sun Auto for the quick service and for once again taking care of my vehicle plus the discount as the price was estimate was reasonable. In addition to providing free coffee, comfortable chairs, big screen TV, and clean lounge. I’ve started sending my adult daughters to Sun Auto and they both left with the same outstanding service!
