I drive from Scottsdale to Chandler just to have this place do my taxes. I have for years since a co-worker referred me here over 17 yrs ago. Adrian is my new tax consultant at this office and he is the best! I appreciate his knowledge regarding all the tax changes. He is professional, quick, patient and kind. Everything I look for!

2024 taxes done and filed by Gustafson & Associates now known as Sun Income Tax & Financial Services. Or so we though! After we found out the IRS never received our tax files and payment, we tried to contact Chris Carter who prepared our taxes but could not be bothered as he was on vacation. The staff in the office had no clue how to address the issue as they said we needed to talk to Chris. Never heard from Chris. Then after looking through the tax documents found out, he made a significant deduction error that ended up being costly. Seriously did he get his CPA in a Cracker Jack box? I would highly suggest staying away and find someone who is thorough and accountable.

Wow. I could write a novel on this company but to open up an email today with more charges to my account after terminating tax services with me is the final straw. This company will take your money without caring, planning or strategizing your taxes. You are just a number here with zero regards of why you’re hiring a tax professional in the first place. Save your money and look for a competent accountant elsewhere.
