I was fortunate to teach at the studio in 2025 while living on Oahu. I've taught and practiced at studios all around the world and I can honestly say this is my absolute favorite for many reasons! The owner Michelle is incredible ,along with all of the teachers and students. The atmosphere is always so lovely, Michelle always puts out fresh flowers. Adding a special touch that is just one way she takes extra good care of staff and students. The infrared hot classes have the best infrared heaters that I've ever seen, the studio is always clean. The lighting is lovely. The classes are taught in a very inspiring professional way always on par with the best out there! I highly recommend joining the beautiful community at Sun Yoga.

Sun Yoga restored my health! I have been with Sun Yoga for 10 months. I’d recommend it to anyone. You will have better muscle strength, flexibility, stamina, mood, digestion etc. regardless of your age. The teachers are super supportive. You don’t need to rent yoga mats or supplies because they are provided for free in case you need. The app is very easy to use for making reservations. It’s a great one-stop shop for getting your daily exercise.

Sun Yoga Hawaii changed my whole perspective on yoga and made my vacation to Hawaii truly special. Trying out yoga with infrared heat was a completely new experience for me, and I loved it from the very first session. After just a few classes, I could already feel improvements in my flexibility and sleep. The fact that I could burn around 500 calories each time was a fantastic bonus. I really appreciated the extensive schedule, with classes from early morning to evening, which made it easy to attend almost daily. The community at Sun Yoga Hawaii is incredibly welcoming, and the positive vibe made me feel right at home. Joining this friendly group added a lot to my trip. My overall love for Hawaii has only grown during this wonderful experience. I really wish I could stay longer. The thought of diving even deeper into this amazing practice and maybe even doing a teacher training course with Michele Santos, the wonderful founder of Sun Yoga Hawaii, would be truly appealing.

I love this studio! The staff is very professional, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is the wide variety of classes offered every day—you can always find one that fits your schedule. They also have a shower available, which is a huge plus for me since I usually head to work right after class. Everyone here, from the instructors to the fellow yogis, is so kind and supportive. Highly recommend!

The classes are challenging and consistently uplifting. There’s a real community here, and it’s not at all cliquey like other yoga studios I’ve been to. I enjoy the combination of sunny vibes and heat therapy. I find a lot of yoga studios in Hawaii don’t properly hear their rooms, often preferring AC over the benefits of proper bikram. The instructors are all friendly, supportive, and mindful. I’ve never left a class disappointed and I always look forward to returning. 10/10 very clean!
