Sunday Pilates is a beautiful studio with accomplished instructors. I want to give a shout out to some of my favorite instructors. Lisa is very experienced and has taught many different kinds of exercise styles. She totally gets it, and she always gives me a great workout. She is one of the few instructors that can teach advanced Pilates well. Her class is always full with her devoted team. She remembers when I have an injury. She always helps me make adjustments or modifications to the movement. I also love Laura, She has a completely different style. She is more dance based and her class is very challenging. You get a great total body workout. Her jump class is my absolute favorite. Both ladies are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is a great place to work out. There are many different choices of classes, times, and teachers! Also waiting patiently for Ashley to return to Monday, Wednesday!!!

Such a cute studio and super clean. There’s so many different Pilates studios in town and I keep coming back here due to these four instructors. Angela, Lisa, Alexia and Abby. They’re so so incredible and super helpful. I started off taking Lisa’s clients and she got me hooked and wanting to keep coming back to her classes. Highly recommended these four instructors

I’m obsessed with Sunday Pilates. The workouts are so addicting—I leave every class feeling stronger and more energized, and I’m sore (in the best way) every time. I’m prepping for my wedding in October and can genuinely say I’ve never felt more toned. The staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging, and I love that this place is women-owned and locally run. The owner is so welcoming and makes it feel like a true community. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fall in love with exercise again!

The studio has an amazing vibe and is stunning with beautiful lighting. Instruction is clear and easy to follow with great demonstration. All fitness levels can find a class that works for them! As someone who frequently does Pilates of all types, I found the class challenging, but able to modify when needed. Highly recommend to those new to or familiar with Pilates.
