I was involved in a collision, I went to the body shop for an estimate. The person I worked with was Tony very nice individual. They made the process very simple. My vehicle was repaired perfectly actually somewhat better than the accident. I would recommend this place.

Great job by a fantastic group, thank you Sunn West City's Auto Body...Brian Baird, Stormy, and crew (love the personal signature card of the contributing group) renewing the vehicle's faded paint. A truly professional job and I appreciated the extra caring and customer service handling of the window rain deflectors. Sunn West just "gets it" and I'll surely recommend others and continue to bring my respective auto body future work to you guys. Great communication with no surprises. -Mitch S.-

This review is quite late, but still worth posting! Juan took the time to walk me through the parts pricing for replacing the driver-side mirror on my Honda Fit. He was clear, patient, and never made me feel rushed. The entire experience was smooth. Marsha took great care of me when I brought the car in and explained everything about their process. The team completed the repair quickly and even salvaged some parts I had saved, which brought the final cost in lower than the original estimate! I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for straightforward, reliable service at a fair price.

I had the BEST experience with SUNN WEST CITY'S AUTOSHOP! They did an amazing job on my car – it looks brand new. Not only did they repair it perfectly, but they also went the extra mile by cleaning and washing it before returning it to me, which I really appreciated. A huge shoutout to Brian, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept me updated every step of the way, called with updates, and made everything stress-free. The entire staff was also wonderful when I dropped off and picked up my car – super friendly and professional. This is hands down the best auto shop ever. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

I can not say enough about this place! From the first initial phone call to make an appointment, I felt this place is going to be great! The staff in the office are friendly and welcoming. The estimator, Phil, was awesome and kept me update to date through the whole process from dropping my car off to what point they were at on repairs, etc.. until the very end which was a professionally detailed vehicle to pick! The service here has met far more than my expectations!
