I was looking for my sister whom I haven’t seen in years I contacted Tracy and she helped me locate her in less than a day I was grateful and thankful because I was given the hope I would see and reunite with my sister again after all these years we been separated and know I’m ready to make more and new memories with my sister thanks to Tracy and her team

This has been a very positive experience with Mr. Randy and Gabriel. They are both very helpful and answered many of the questions I had regarding their service and how they operate. They conduct business in a highly professional and positive manner and are a company that truly cares about people, not just profit, but building long term customer relationships. When I reached out to Sunset Blvd Investigations, I was able to speak with the owner Mr. Steve Polak directly. He was knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic, helping me navigate a difficult situation with confidence. He did his investigative work and within less than an hour he was able to provide a lot of helpful information. Mr. Polak we especially thank you for the compassion you showed during our interaction. I highly recommend this agency if you ever need any investigative work.

I cannot say enough about Sunset Investigations. They got back to me immediately. They were kind and attentive and told me they would have the information for me the next morning. I admit I was skeptical because this particular person doesn't have an address here. I spoke with Gabriel and he was patient and understanding and said again that they would have information for me the next day. I called Sunset Blvd Investigations because I was trying to figure out how to serve divorce papers to someone who was avoiding being served. Heidi called us after they did a check through their system and was very helpful. She actually reccomended we use a different service because she felt for our situation it would be more cost effective to go a different route. Yet, she still took the time to send us the information she pulled up so we can use it in building our case and helped us to understand what we need to do to move forward. We got more help from her than lawyers I've spent money to talk to. While we never actually hired Sunset Blvd and Investigations we are so thankful for the courtesy and professionalism they showed us.
