I just moved here from NY a few months ago and was looking for a place here in LA. Chloe was the sweet girl who helped me with everything. She was super patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She went through each package / plan that was available and suitable for my needs. Every time I go there I am welcomed. I appreciate people like her who take their time to explain all benefits and differences each tanning bed has. Definitely will keep going just because of her exceptional customer service 🩷

We have been loyal sunset tan customer for nearly 8 years using versa and other services monthly. Today a new girl in American flag sweater was working and said she could not find our names for our monthly subscription and I would need to pay 400$ again keep in mind I renewed October 13th. We just left and signed up somewhere else. She just stared at us and turned us away. "Yeah I don't see anything maybe you could try Palm Beach Tan"... why would you recommend another place that offers you're same services. Bad business practice. Found another place in Glendale that offers spray tan for about the same would have preferred to continue at Sunset but noooo, she couldn't find our names and told us try Palm Beach?
I usually like this place, decent prices, nice staff— but I went Saturday morning right at 10 am when they are supposed to be open. I waited there with two other customers for nearly half an hour, calling the number posted on the door several times. After about 30 minutes the three of us left and went elsewhere with our business. I was pretty annoyed so I doubt I’ll return here.
