If possible I would give them 0 stars. Called and confirmed a forklift with 4 separate employees. Showed up after driving 8 hours with rented truck and trailer that the forklifts were unavailable. I would like literally anywhere else if you are seeking basic communication or customer service.
After having contacted this company and put in an application for rental, communication from said company was kind of lacking. I apparently missed a call from them earlier in the week that would have saved me 16 hours of driving. They emailed the morning of the reservation saying they couldn't complete my application and that there weren't any forklifts available to rent. I had called and talked to several of their reps throughout the week trying to ensure that I wasn't wasting my time. Two separate employees endured me to go ahead as planned. I am sure this company is great if you already have an account. But beware if you are a new customer. You never know what could happen.
