Went to this location and paid 20$ for a wash. The chains broke according to the manager while I was the 3rd car inside the track. I was informed to just drive out and she said she didn't know when the chains will be fixed or how long it would be. I was not able to complete the car wash. I drove around and had to try and clean all the dirt off my car. When I inquired about a refund or wash on another day she said no it had to be done same day. I had already been cleaning my car for 45mins or longer. I stated I have already cleaned it off and was not willing to go back and try again that day. Was then told she wasn't willing to refund nor have my come back for another wash another day. Not customer service oriented and I did not get the 20$ car wash I had paid for. The worker on site Israel was friendly and helpful and his hands were tied in this situation. He was good she was not and I was not able to get her name this was on 01/31/26 approx 430-445pm

Business practices are ridiculous. They readily take your money. When you have to cancel because you no longer own a vehicle, you are required to jump through hoops. We are done! If I could give less stars I would. We’ve been paying for a vehicle for over a year, that they could easily see and acknowledged. We were not even asking for the money back…just to have it removed 😳 And that is not within their capability.

Super clean reasonable priced monthly member, air is super powerfull gets whole truck clean and way more dry at the end of wash then others powerfull blowers, fresh wipes towels, cool music jamming, dich the other guys be a super star with Super Star 🌟 🚗 wash .

I recently had my vehicle detailed at the Lake Pleasant and Deer Valley location. Redd and Jason did the detail and I was extremely impressed. It is a large black suv and had numerous scratches and pinstripes from off-roading. They made it look new again. I will definitely be back.
