the guy at the entrance to the car wash (skinny, long stringy hair, facial hair) needs to understand people can read lips so when he is cussing a customer out we know it.

I had a Super Star gift card that was for years old for a car detail and they honored it by providing their current detail package and they did an awesome job. The truck shines, they cleaned all the dog hair off the carpets they look great. The whole interior looks great. Justin did an AWESOME job!!!!!!!!!

I went through this car wash and selected what appeared to be a one-time wash. At no point during the purchase was it clearly or obviously disclosed that I was enrolling in a recurring monthly membership, and I did not knowingly consent to ongoing charges. After exiting, I received a receipt showing I had been signed up for a subscription. I immediately went inside to address it and was told they could not cancel or refund the charge in person and that I would need to go online. When I attempted to cancel, the website was down for “scheduled maintenance” for several hours, preventing me from stopping the membership. I have since learned that multiple other people, including members of my household and neighbors, have had the same experience. Customers should be clearly informed and explicitly consent before being enrolled in any recurring billing, and there should not be barriers to cancellation.

I was at Super Star today and the machine crashed during the sale. After many attempts to try to get it fixed and get the monthly wash, with no luck because it crashed during the sale, Anthony went above and beyond to try to fix it and waiting in line with me inside. He was super kind, professional, and the kind of employee I would want in my business. Thank you Anthony!!

Signed up for member rewards, glad I got a ticket for a free wash. A little frustrated bc my car didn’t come out as clean as I would’ve liked, I noticed some dirty spots on the outside still. Used their free vacuum service and those work pretty well.
