The team showed up right on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with great care. The owners were so professional and easy to work with, which made the experience even better. The whole crew was friendly and didn’t leave a single thing behind. What really impressed me was how organized and efficient they were—what would’ve taken me days was finished in just a few hours. These guys did a great job! Cleared out all the trash and let me start my renovation project asap. Also recruited them to do a mulch job and they did an excellent job there too. Scraped away a truck load of mulch, hauled it away, put weed barrier, sprayed it down, and put in mulch. Finally, wanted to highlight that they sent frequent updates and kept me in the loop - great business practices all around.
I called this company at 12:30 PM on a Saturday and they were at my house by 2:30 PM… Francisco worked so hard to get this room looking as spotless as it is… Michael assisted me with some other items that I wanted to get hauled off.. Both of the Gentlemen were very professional and friendly. After everything was bagged and loaded onto the truck, my sister realized that she forgot to mention that she had some Barbies she wanted to keep… The guys actually went through all the bags and we’re not able to locate those Barbie’s.. that was a lot of work… Michael assured us that when he was going to go through the truck tomorrow, he will search again for the Barbies and contact us if they are able to locate them… I highly recommend this company… I will be using them for future hauls as well.. This day and age it is rare to find a company that delivers let his promised… I found that Super Star Junk Removal went over and beyond my expectations and they delivered as they promised and more..A+ to this company.. This is an update to my review on Saturday 10/11/2025... The crew spent two hours looking through the hall on the truck and were able to locate my sister's Barbies.. These Barbies meant so much because they were given to my sister by our parents when we were growing up... The Barbies are at least 50 years old... I can't express enough gratitude to this crew and to this business for taking extra steps to locate these items that were in a sealed Ziploc bag and contained in a white grocery bag... They really went over and beyond. I'm speechless... I highly recommend SuperStar Junk Removal. I will be using them for my next cleanup.
I contacted them and they came out the same evening, They work super fast and efficient despite me not being 100% what needed to stay vs go. Got my garage cleared out quickly and took and broke down some old worn furniture and debris I had in the backyard. I recently had a couple palm tree stumps ground down and we negotiated a reasonable price to haul that off too a couple days later (I wasn't in a rush and it turned out to be more work than anticipated). Overall a good experience and I will use them again.
