Moreover, when the girls go to dry the car, it’s always left messy, you know, it’s very poorly done, the machines are all broken, they don’t do it properly, they don’t clean the car well. So, I’ve recommended this car wash service to many people, and it’s not just me complaining—many people I know, who live near my house and use the service, say the same thing. I haven’t canceled yet because I still hope the service will improve, but it’s really tough. I know it’s challenging, the girls are working in the cold, but they do need to dry the car properly underneath, at the back, thoroughly. It’s really complicated. I would appreciate at least some response from the owner or someone who can improve the service. Thank you.

I arrived and asked for a $20 car wash. For some reason, they charged me $16. It turned out the person doesn’t speak English. I don’t care. I move on. The car gets washed. They start wiping it down. And I see there’s a large dirt streak left right on the driver’s side window. I ask them to wipe it off. No one can answer me in English and they just wave their hands at me, basically telling me to leave. Is it really that hard to do what I paid for?

They got the salt off my car and that’s it. For $47 At minimum the car shouldn’t have dirt on it.. I see why many people only get exterior washes and handle the rest on their own. This is not a place to come if you prefer convenience and expect to receive a good car wash and interior clean. Would never bring my car back.

Automatic washing machine, is scratching the paint of the cars...over couple months...I start noticing scratches on my vehicle... scratch on the front windshield glass...roof windshield glass, and rear side of the car....I share the information with couple of friends of mine...and we find out that they been having the same issue, but they couldn't find what was causing it....we found out that we have the same car wash, so I wend to wash the car...check for scratches before and after...then I find new scratches...so, on conclusion. The automatic machine, is scratching the paint of the cars...probably may be faster to wash the car, but not worth it, by damaging the paint on the cars...specially if is a special or expensive paint, on the vehicle...

I read these reviews where people complain about how crap the wash it- but was it not mentioned that we are talking about $7 automated car wash 😀 you get what you pay for. I don't mind literally a car wash that lasts a minute for a low price just to get the car refreshed, clean and shiny. Yes maybe it won't leave the vehicle spotless but hey the price and time - makes up for it!
