My vehicle received a Ritz wash from Zap. My vehicle had no issues when I handed the vehicle over to them. Comes out of the wash and there’s damage to the vehicle. They tried to show me some grainy video that they didn’t cause the damage. The owner and supervisor could care less, was calling me names, and cursing. Kept telling me they have 17 lawyers on their payroll and good luck proving they caused the damage. Disgusting to treat people like this. Your car wash caused damage, own up to it, take care of it, and create a customer for life. This owner obviously doesn’t care about return business.

Dishonest cashier. I paid in cash and I counted multiple times before paying. She wouldn't give me my change and said I paid a certain amount when in fact I know what I paided. Wil never go back to them again.
