If you want to go to this car wash and get your car broken, this is the car wash to come to. I’ll come here every single time and there’s always a problem with this car wash this time. Look what it did. So disappointed worst car wash ever.

I have always liked going here for my car washes so about 4 months ago decided to get a monthly membership. I pay $24.99 for Epic, which is the second from the last in the car wash options. Seems to keep my car clean but I don’t use it as often as I should so probably would do better just paying each time I go. Today I was told I do not get the air freshener sticks for free any more since my plan is Epic. I was told they would cost me a dollar a stick. They look like they are about 10 cents each. So that interaction made me decided to cancel my monthly membership.

I am very disappointed to learn they no longer use an air-pressure dryer. I will not renew my membership.

The worst car wash company there is! If you want your car dirtier then when you arrived this is the place to go. I pay every month for a subscription for the best wash and it always gives the basic wash. Place is outdated, vacuums never work.

I have been going to Surf Thru car wash for over 10 years and unfortunately am canceling my membership due to terrible service there. Twice in the past two weeks they dont manage the drive thru properly. The rolling brushes dont run and doesn't rinse. It left my car with a nasty film. I've had to go around and tell the employees. The last time it didn't work again and decided that was it for me. Most of the employees are very friendly, a few looked miserable. Surf thru needs to do better again.😐
