Poor management shows throughout this place. The facility was noticeably dirty, which is unacceptable for a children’s adventure park. Restrooms and common areas were not well maintained, and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The employees appeared uninterested and disengaged, as if they didn’t want to be there. There was little effort to supervise, assist guests, or create a welcoming environment. That lack of leadership and accountability starts at the top. Appearance-wise, this does not feel like an “adventure park” at all. It looks worn down and neglected—more like an improvement park than an adventure park. For the price being charged, the condition and experience fall far below expectations. Until management addresses cleanliness, staff professionalism, and the overall condition of the facility, this is not a place I would recommend.
Went this past weekend (5 adults) and had a great time. Arrived at a good time so only had a twenty minute wait. Fun music and the mix it up shoutouts kept the game interesting. There is a senior and college student discount. There's an awesome air hockey table and other games to play while you wait. Looking forward to visiting again.
We just had our son’s 5th birthday party at Surge and it was such a great experience from start to finish! The kids had the best time and I had a very low stress, seamless experience as the party host thanks to their incredibly friendly and hospitable staff. Aiden was our party coordinator and he was on it all day, checking in multiple times to see how things were going and he was so timely with every request. He was also just very friendly and funny, overall a great person to work with and he boosted the party vibes. We will 100% be back for future birthdays!
First time at Surge adventure park, attending a birthday party with the kiddo and was impressed. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful with birthday set up. They have space for about 7-10 birthdays on the left side of the facility with ample room so you don’t feel like you’re in top of one another. They provide water bottle with the package and the hosts bring their own food and snacks. There is an arcade section on the right side/corner of the facility which uses gaming cards that can be reloaded at the desk or a kiosk. The games have tickets that load to the card and can e exchanged for prizes (nothing crazy, basic run of the mill prizes). There are various climbing walls/structures, trampoline basketball, zip line, foam pit obstacle course, dodgeball course, ninja warrior foam pit obstacle course, some various trampoline game (like jump and hit the lighted circle- not sure the name) and a large play place that is four floors with netting around. Socks for jumping are available (and super convenient since the foam bits tend to stick to socks); there were a few pay-per-use massage chairs that are genius to have for parents that are observing; also couches throughout to observe from (they are low do if you’re taller or have issue with shorter chairs maybe look at another seat). Overall very impressed, lots of parking as it is in the mall and you access it from inside.
Sept. 21st my daughter’s party was flooded with USED toilet water (biohazard). As shown in the pictures below, the chair circled is where an employee was stationed to monitor/contain where the sewage was spilling from the bathroom. Because he was playing on his phone the entire time instead of monitoring the sewage flow, it managed to soak and damage our belongings that were placed at the bench alongside the wall and continued down to the door on the other side. Again, this is used toilet water in a public facility contaminated with urine and feces that managed to spread 10ft + under the “watchful” eye of the surge employee. Take note of the minimal cleaning supplies & wet floor sign usage. The gentleman circled is our party host, who had to stop attending to our party due to staffing shortages to assist with the sewage cleanup despite the fact that Surge Adventure Park boast in their online booking for party packages to allegedly have “…the most attentive party hosts in the area! Our party hosts are dedicated to making your birthday party or special event a positive and unforgettable experience for children and adults alike!”... It was surely unforgettable but for all the wrong reasons. Upon checking out, I was then charged twice for our party. We were also provided the contact info for upper management and advised that we would either receive a full refund or a free party. I opted for the full refund to which management assured me they would refund the accidental overcharge as well & will confirm the additional reimbursement with their supervisor and would contact me back. After 3 weeks of having to contact management back after not receiving call backs I am then told that management said they will do a partial refund and throw in free passes. I asked the manager to confirm the partial refund would already be initiated the same day and that I would still like for management to honor their word and issue the full reimbursement. He claimed he would initiate the refund & speak with his supervisor again. This was stated last week and no refund/passes has been honored and I can no longer reach anybody from management on the phone. After this experience I would NOT recommend using this venue for birthday parties. This incident was disgusting, unsanitary, and a huge health biohazard to say the least and based off the response from upper management they could care less. This company clearly has no integrity, inattentive staff, questionable sanitation processes and staffing shortages. Save your money for other trampoline parks that actually have integrity, care about the cleanliness of their establishment, customer safety and satisfaction.
