Sushi Mori, a newer restaurant next to Asia Pacific Market, offers a good variety of dishes. This was our first visit, and found the sushi rolls to be delicious. The pork katsu was tender and well seasoned. We also really enjoyed the green tea. Two things I feel could be better though. First, would be to play more traditional Japanese music. The music that was playing seemed too “spacey” and playing too loud for the amount of customers that were dining in, and didn’t really seem suitable for this restaurant. Secondly, and this one is not to be taken lightly, is server attention. While definitely friendly, when I wanted the check, I waved and waved and even called out, but all of the servers walked head down. Maybe they’re newer servers, I’m not sure, but with experience comes more attention to smaller details, and more awareness. Overall, I think with time this restaurant has the potential to be truly one of the better places to dine.

Outstanding! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Staff were super friendly and very professional. The food was super fresh and tasted amazing! This is going to be my go to sushi place from now on!

Incredible, brand new sushi spot in the Springs. We drove past and noticed this place and decided to give it a try. We couldn't be more impressed! Super friendly staff (who gave us a few miso soup), delicious sushi rolls and a plethora of other options. HIGHLY recommend!

Super cool vibe, nice staff, and the sushi was delicious! Will do back once they have their full drink menu but everything we had was delicious!

Beautiful experience for my family! Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was friendly and great! Everything was fresh! Best sashimi I have had in US! Feels like home in nook of USA! I recommend this place for family or single! We will be coming back for sure! Arigato gozaimasu!! 🙇🏽♂️
