My family and I enjoyed an early dinner at Sushihana last Friday night. Our server, Edwin, was attentive and did an excellent job of answering our questions in English AND Spanish so everyone in our party could be part of the conversation. The host who seated us was super friendly and checked in on us over the course of the meal. For starters, we had some gyoza, harumaki, and 1/2 & 1/2 edamame (the spicy half was our favorite). We ordered the sea bass and ribeye entrées to share ... I forgot to take pictures, but trust that both were delicious. As for the sushi, we ordered a Bluefin roll à la carte and the Chef's dinner with San Antonio & Negitoro rolls - my parents had never tried raw sushi before this, and they loved it! For dessert, we shared two tempura banana splits (which turned out to be the unanimous favorite) and a green tea crème brûlée. We had a lovely time, and can't wait to visit again!
