Awesome gym. Love the circuit-style setup — multiple stations with clear guidance on the screens so you always know what to do next. Super organized, efficient, and perfect if you want to get a solid workout in without overthinking it. Great energy and well run.
Love this gym! The start time flexibility and length are perfect for my schedule and all of the coaches are so kind and helpful. Great workout you can do 5-6 times a week without burning out with the different muscle focuses each day. Highly recommend and your first class is free!
I’ve been a member at Sweat440 for over two years, and what originally kept me coming back was how simple, efficient, and low-pressure the experience was. The 40-minute workouts are perfect for busy schedules, and I loved being able to come in, focus, do my workout, and leave without a lot of fuss. Lately, I’ve noticed a shift in management style and how coaches are expected to interact with members. There seems to be a much heavier push for constant engagement and form correction, even when it’s not really necessary. I completely understand correcting form when someone is at risk of injury or clearly unsure, but being repeatedly “corrected” when I’m already performing the movement properly can feel disruptive and frustrating. One of the things I’ve always appreciated most about this studio is the ability to mind my own business and move at my own pace. The workouts are already clearly displayed on the screens, and for many long-time members, that independence is part of the appeal. The newer, more hands-on approach feels forced at times, and it takes away from what made this place work so well before. I also want to acknowledge that the coaches themselves seem to be doing their best under this new structure. There’s been a lot of turnover, which honestly isn’t surprising given the nature of the job and what appears to be increasing pressure from management. RJ, in particular, has always been a standout. She is supportive, approachable, and great at reading when to step in versus when to let members do their thing. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely like this studio and want it to succeed. I hope management takes into account that not all members want constant interaction. Sometimes less is more. Many of us just want to get in, get a great workout, and get out unbothered.
I tried this gym for the first time this morning and it was AMAZING I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it . It definitely pushed me in the best way possible . I wasn’t sure how effective a 40-minute workout would be since my usual workouts are around 2 hours long , but wow … it worked every part of my body . The full-body class did not disappoint at all . The trainers , RJ and Carlos , were incredible . They were on top of everything , checking in with everyone and making sure we all felt seen and supported . As someone on the shorter side who sometimes needs help reaching things , they made me feel completely comfortable asking for help , no awkwardness at all . I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others !
I love Sweat440! I’ve been going to the Zilker location since they opened and it is my favorite gym for circuit classes, hands down. I like that the trainers push you to try your hardest; especially the newest trainer, Zsofia. I just took a class with her for the first time and she was super encouraging. My only gripe are the gym’s hours. I wish they were open slightly later on weekday evenings and earlier on the weekends. But I love how classes start every ten minutes, makes it super flexible with my work schedule to be able to make it most days to the gym.
