Great 1-on-1 studio w/ a cozy vibe and Ashley makes you tea before each session. Extremely knowledgeable instructor who tailors the workout to your body and condition with an eye for detail. Sessions are fun, will make you feel great but also kick your butt. My core has never been stronger!
Pilates Apothecary has truly been a game-changer for me. The Pilates Apothecary is an exceptional place to help/heal your body. I was visiting from out of town and scheduled with Ashley. She was extremely responsive to my emails on scheduling and what I was looking for with a private lesson. I was in awe of her technique. Her attention to detail is superb, correcting my position and even changing it for me to get the most from it! She is very visual and noticed issues with my body that I wasn’t quite aware of and promptly addressed them. I had purchased her 3-lesson special and was very glad I did. When I come to Austin, I walk a lot. This time I walked a record number of steps/miles!!! I have no doubt this was due to Ashley’s skilled knowledge, giving me the best stretching exercises on the reformer, pilates chair and floor! Her studio is warm, cozy and inviting. You have Ashley’s undivided attention and knowledge. There is no uncomfortably of others watching and you can ask as many questions as you need. She encourages you to share your thoughts, what is working and not, so she can help you the most. Also, Ashley provided a tea she had created and it was very good. This is amusing to me, because I do not like tea. Yet each day, I drank it all. Ashley really seemed to care about helping me! I miss Austin so much and that is because I miss how great I felt after my sessions with Ashley! I highly recommend trying “The Pilates Apothecary”.
I’ve been working with Ashley for private Pilates sessions, and it has been such a game changer! They are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and always tailor each session to my needs and goals. I love how they focus on proper form and alignment, while also making the workouts fun and challenging. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to my body since starting with them.
