This place has absolutely everything you need for a great workout: a variety of classes, plenty of equipment, great music, and incredible people running it. Keith is super attentive, gives clear exercise guidance, and constantly goes around correcting movements and helping us set up when needed. I truly believe a place is only as good as the people behind it — and besides being attentive during workouts, Keith and his wife have always been so friendly and helpful. As someone just temporarily visiting Austin, I really appreciated getting tips on new places to visit and activities to try — a true example of perfect Southern hospitality.
5/5 stars for SP Fit. The classes are tough and I leave each time satisfied with my workout. Keith is friendly and creates a comfortable atmosphere while pushing you to do your best. Definitely recommend booking a class!
Wow, what a great workout! I tried power sculpt, which was a full-body weightlifting workout. It was tough, but in the best way. Keith offered helpful adjustments and helped me modify as needed. I felt motivated and challenged but with zero judgement. I am excited to come back and try the other class formats!
Keith is awesome- I haven’t worked out in a couple of years so I was worried about not being able to keep up but his words of encouragement made me want to push through. The music is great and the vibes are on point. I will definitely be a regular class attendee!
i go to the half and half class because it's 30 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of weights. it's all i can handle. Keith is energetic. it's his studio btw, so he teaches all the classes. Keith will help you adjust the bikes if he sees you struggling (me, the first two classes) and the music is good! The lighting is fun and he turns on the fan after a song or two. For weights, I appreciate that he takes the time to correct my form to protect myself from injuries and to target the appropriate muscle groups. I enjoy the overall body workouts. parking is ample. water and locker rooms on site. rental fee for cycle shoes is $3.
