Sweet Apple Yoga feels like a safe, welcoming sanctuary, a place away from home where I can practice, connect, and be part of a supportive community. I’ve taken several classes with different instructors (Melissa, Tara, and Heather), and each has been phenomenal in meeting different physical and mental needs. After every class, I leave feeling rejuvenated and renewed, either energized and ready to take on the day or calm and relaxed for the evening. There’s truly a class for every mood and intention. I’m excited to continue exploring more classes and deepening my practice with such supportive, inspiring instructors.

As a seasoned yogi in this area I have to say I love this place. The studio itself is clean, lots of natural light and a calm clear energy. The owner Heather is kind, welcoming and teaches a wonderful 9:15 flow class in Tuesday mornings. She both challenges and relaxes me during practice. They also are always doing community events, sound healing, meditations etc. 10/10 will keep coming back !!!

The quality instructors have departed, resulting in significantly reduced class availability. The current class schedules are inadequate. In contrast, most other yoga studios offer superior hours and a wider range of class options at a very comparable price.

Sweet Apple Yoga is such a great spot in the neighborhood! They’ve got classes for every level, and the vibe is super welcoming. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel right at home. The community feel is strong, and it’s just a really nice place to unwind and connect with others.
