I was hesitant to write a review because then Alpha would no longer be one of my best kept secrets. However, it would be an injustice to her to not let everyone know how awesome she is! I came across Sweet Fuss H&M on a random search for a H&MUA. I wanted to find someone close to my location and Sweet Fuss had 5-star reviews. I reached out and Alpha got in touch with me right away. I lucked out and she was available on the date I needed a H&MUA. Everything else was smooth sailing from there. Her pricing was reasonable for the early timeframe and for both services. I had such an amazing experience with another H&MUA for my wedding years ago, that I wanted to find someone who would give me the same quality/care/experience...and I DID! Alpha was AMAZING. First off, her vibe is off the charts, we got along so well and had plenty of laughs. She respected any MU sensitivities I had and really worked with what I was trying to go for with my overall look. When it came to the hair portion, she made sure I was completely satisfied, and when I wanted a slight change, it was not a problem for her and she was quick about it too! The best part was when I was at my event. Alpha did my H&MU starting at 6:15 am, and it held up (no touch up needed) until 6 pm. I had so many compliments on my MU, that my friends were asking me who was my MUA because they did such a great job. Everything was perfect! I'm so glad to have found Alpha & Sweet Fuss. Though I'd like to keep her a secret, I just can't. She's just that awesome. She's definitely going to be my H&MUA in the future! Thanks so much, Alpha! You helped make my day even sweeter!

Finding the perfect makeup artist AND hair stylist for my daughter's prom felt super overwhelming, but Alpha's portfolio showcasing soft and timeless styles immediately grabbed my attention. Although my daughter isn’t used to wearing much makeup yet, I had a gut feeling that Alpha could help navigate my daughter’s vision into a reality, plus the combination of her experience and positive reviews gave me the confidence to book with her. Alpha's talent is utterly undeniable, but what impressed me most was her sweet demeanor and calming presence. Her space has a pleasantly relaxing atmosphere, and the music selection was perfect for keeping the vibe chill. I was able to take a coffee break at the Pie Bar while Alpha worked her magic, feeling at ease knowing my daughter was in exceptional hands (a hard feat I assure you). When I returned, I almost cried—my daughter looked ABSOLUTELY stunning! Y’ALL SHE LOOKS LIKE A MODERN-DAY 90S-DISNEY-BELLE!! Alpha created a flawless yet natural look that perfectly accentuated my daughter’s features. Seeing the bright smile on her precious face filled with confidence and joy confirmed that I made the best choice! So if you’re unsure where to go or who to trust, or you’re overwhelmed by glitzy options, Alpha is the woman to count on for guidance to help you feel and look radiant! Thank you again, Alpha! I’m still beaming over my wedding hair and makeup by Alpha. Not only is she a highly skilled artist, she was witty, adaptable and caring. I need another excuse to hire her! Alpha also brought in a fabulous artist to assist since I had five people plus myself scheduled for full glam. It was clear she works with and surrounds herself with talented professionals. Alpha, thank you for helping me look my best on my wedding day. Can’t wait to work with you again 🩷.

I had an excellent experience with Sweet Fuss, Alpha was so kind and professional. Her preparation was thorough and she was able to fit me in when I asked for a booking just 4 or 5 days beforehand. Her work was quick and beautiful! I absolutely would recommend Sweet Fuss to anyone looking for excellent event hair or makeup!
